This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing bookings, and supporting both clients and agents throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Agent Support:
- Field email, phone, and live chat inquiries from clients and agents interested in booking Arctic and Antarctic expeditions, providing information on itineraries, cabin options, availability, and rates.
- Follow up on inquiries and bookings, ensuring all client questions are addressed and resolved professionally.
- Proactively assist clients and agents with challenges or issues during the booking process, coordinating with the Sales Manager, Expedition Support Specialist, and colleagues to resolve issues efficiently.
- Reservation Management:
- Confirm reservations in the company’s booking system, track confirmed bookings through their lifecycle, and verify receipt of deposits and final payments.
