ENTRY-LEVEL CORPORATE SABRE AGENT - REMOTE
An East Coast agency seeks a corporate Sabre agent with at least one year of experience handling corporate bookings. This is a remote position with an excellent global agency. It is a daytime position with East Coast hours.
Sabre GDS Specialist
Job Summary
The Sabre GDS Specialist will provide expert support and solutions to Leisure, Independent Contractor (IC), and Corporate Travel Advisors, managing the Sabre integration with TRAMS back office and delivering comprehensive GDS support. We are looking for a team player who really enjoys helping others and can improve our efficiencies and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Navigate and utilize Sabre Red 360 expertly
· Manage queues for launchpad ticketing and general operations
· Handle advanced Sabre support including:
o Exchanges and schedule changes
o Split ticketing and refunds
o Group ticketing using Group Wizard
o Support Sabre integration with TRAMS accounting system
o Build and maintain client profiles and PF Keys
o Provide training and live support for team members
· Stay current with airline policies and Sabre GDS enhancements
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of Sabre Red 360 experience with advanced proficiency
· Demonstrated expertise in TRAMS accounting system integration
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Deem and/or Concur online booking tools
· Familiarity with Client Base
· Previous experience with Travel Leaders or major travel consortia
· Experience supporting Independent Contractors and corporate travel programs
Job Details
· Fulltime (40 hours/week)
· Monday to Friday
· 8 hour shifts

Senior Business Travel Consultant and Account Manager Roles
• Location: Remote, Office, or Hybrid (your choice)
• Salary: $60,000—$80,000 per annum (negotiable)

• Bonus comp of $10,000 to $40,000 per annum (negotiable)
