Many of the web sites that we have monitored are difficult to maneuver and require immediate registration to a company that you don't really know enough about to confide all of your personal information to. We want you to be comfortable with our service and ask all of the questions necessary to make a qualified decision to work with us. The process for working with our company is as follows:
Email your resume to us as an attachment and indicate either a specific job that you are responding to on our site or what your general job request is. (Even if we don't have a job listed in your area, please send your resume as our listings can change daily)
Include the best time to call you. We are located in the Central Time Zone, but we will try to work with your schedule. If the evening is the only time that works for you then we can schedule in advance.
We will call you create a personal profile with all of your confidential information. This includes your career history, salary requirements, location and goals. Our job is to understand everything that we can about you to provide the best job fit.
Once we have all of your background information we discuss openings and try to schedule interview times. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE SEND YOUR RESUME OUT WITHOUT YOUR PRIOR APPROVAL.
We will schedule interviews, offer company information and assist you in preparation for the meeting. If you are uncomfortable with discussing salary, we will handle all negotiations as well.
Whether we find you the perfect job immediately or later we will add you to our newsletter and job alert list. This is a way of finding out about the newest jobs in your area through the privacy of your email. There are often companies that do not advertise, but work exclusively through us.
Once the interview is over, we will offer feedback, something you will never find in an online registration program.
Please feel free to contact me if I have not answered all of your questions. I look forward to seeing your resume and having the opportunity to work with you in finding the "perfect job."
